Job Title: HVAC Technician IV        

Location and Shift: Peoria      2nd shift         

                

Minimum Requirements: Four year trade school or demonstrated equivalent. EPA Certification.

 

Experience: 8 years supporting day-to-day operations as a HVACR Technician in an industrial or large office setting. 2 years with electrical high voltage (208-600 volt 3 phase), low voltage (0-220 volt single phase), and Variable Frequency Drives.

 

Preferred: Ability to troubleshoot DX and chilled water systems with steam and hot water reheat. Experience with Building Automation Systems, pneumatic and electronic DDC controls, maintaining air compressors, and knowledge of plumbing a plus.
