The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District (CityLink) has an opening for a 2^nd shift Bodyman/Painter.  Work days and hours will be Tuesday through Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.  This is a maintenance position requiring technical skill and experience in body and frame repair for large vehicles. This position requires frequent exposure to heat, dust, cold, fumes, cleaning and stripping agents, solvents, lubes, fuels and paint.  Qualified candidates must meet the following criteria:

• must be able to pass a pulmonary function test to be certified for painting
• have a complete understanding of undercarriage, bulkheads, steering and suspension functions on cars, vans, heavy duty trucks or buses
• have a high school diploma (or equivalent)
• be at least 21 years of age
• have the ability to obtain and maintain a valid CDL license with air brake and passenger endorsements
• must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT physical
