The Peoria Area Chamber of Commerce and the Young Professionals Organization of Greater Peoria are pleased to host the founder of Next Generation Consulting (NGC) and author of Live First, Work Second, Rebecca Ryan, to Peoria on Thursday, February 19th. Ms. Ryan and her team have been studying the work and community preferences of young talent, ages 20-40, since 1998. In that time, they’ve talked with over 25,000 people - most of them young, knowledgeable workers - who have shared with them their work and life experiences.
